DESCRIPTION:A gentle introduction to the practice of Centering Prayer facilitated by Nicky Temple. \nCentering Prayer is a way of consenting\, in the silence of our hearts\, to the presence and action of God.  Without words\, it invites us to move beyond our thoughts and connect with the deeper spiritual level of our being.  The practice can lead us towards a more authentic relationship with the Divine\, with ourselves and with one another. \nPlease bring a packed lunch.
