Introductory Workshop, North London

Led by Carole O’Reilly and Monica Wilson. Centering Prayer is a way to consent in silence to the presence and action of God, to pray from the stillness of our heart without words. This practice can lead us to a more authentic relationship with the Divine, ourselves, and each other. Suitable for people from all faiths and none.
