Introduction to Centering Prayer – 2.

‘Silence is God’s first language. Everything else is a poor translation.’
Do you feel drawn to silent prayer?
Come and join an introduction to Centering Prayer over two afternoon sessions (3rd and 9th June 2026) led by Rev. Ruth Flockhart. There will then be the opportunity to join a small group for regular meetings in person or on Zoom.
Centering Prayer is a method of silent contemplative prayer rooted in the Christian tradition, and has its origin in the writings of the Desert Fathers and Mothers and The Cloud of Unknowing.
This way of praying has been reintroduced and taught in our times by Fr Thomas Keating and has been life-giving for many people across the world.

Suggested donation to cover both introductory sessions: £15. To book contact Ruth Flockhart.
